The World According to Shoes.......

If you love shoes as much as I do, you will flip off your old shoes and onto some new ones once you peruse this site.

Your own personal shoe stylist, www.shoedazzle.com, founded by Kim Kardashian.

What I personally love about this concept is, it gives you the opportunity to design your own shoes with the help of a personal shoe stylist. Of course this is all conveniently done from the comfort of your home.

There is however one requirement. It is a monthly shoe membership - meaning, you will pay $39 a month. However, it also means you will only pay $39 for a self-designed dose of loveliness! There is also an option to skip the month, if your shoe closet is filled with heels.

Happy Clicking!

Beautygram.com - The perfect beauty gift to send...

I stumbled upon a great gift-giving beauty website a few weeks ago. Loved it so much, I must share with all!

If you are reading this blog, then I know you love anything and everything related to beauty. Well, I believe you will love this site as much as I do :) What woman wouldn't love a handbag filled with all your favorite handpicked beauty goodies?

Beautygram.com was created by Maritza De La Guadia, a woman who
obviously knows her stuff when it comes to the world of beauty.

Now here is what I love about this ingenious idea:

  • You can shop any of the pre-made beauty collections (remember ladies, these are handbags filled with all your cosmetic goodies.
  • You can custom create a beautygram. Don't like the preselected collection, create your own!
  • Perfect gift for the bride-to-be, or even for bridesmaids.

Love the Beauty.

Nutty about my Neti Pot

At first, when you hear "neti pot", it sounds more like a character that would show up at a Star Trek convention. Definitely not the sexiest subject to discuss on my blog :) All sexiness aside, actually the neti pot is considered a nasal wash device. It's designed to naturally cleanse and refresh your nasal passages.

I have mine posted in the photo, which was purchased at my local Whole Foods Market.

The brand I use is made by Himalayan Institute, www.himalayaninstitute.org/Netipot

You may ask the reason which drove me to purchase the neti pot. Regrettably, it's the stuffy nose syndrome I lived (insert past tense) with 24/7. No matter what I experiemented with -- the nose would not cooperate. So finally on a daily jaunt to my local Whole Foods I discovered the neti pot. The not-so flashy packaging does an excellent job of explaining the purpose of the neti. So I took it home and gave it whirl. After several days, and following a strict daily schedule of use, my nasal passages awakened! As it's stated on their website, your nasal passages will feel refreshed.

So if you, like I, have dry, irritated nasal passages. Or have allergies and sinuses you struggle with frequently, give the neti pot a test drive.
